Our Methodology

A Principled Approach to Insurance Advisory

Read Carefully

Every engagement begins with a thorough reading of the relevant policy documents, regulatory provisions, and correspondence. We do not advise before we have read.

Advise Clearly

Advice is delivered in writing, in plain language. We translate policy conditions, regulatory requirements, and legal risk into terms that are useful for decision-making.

Deliver on Time

Each service has a stated timeline. We track delivery against those timelines and communicate proactively when any factor may affect the schedule.

Service 01

Insurance Claim Advisory & Filing

This service assists policyholders who are preparing to file an insurance claim or who have already filed and encountered difficulties — whether in the form of delayed processing, partial payment, or outright denial. It covers life, general, and takaful claims governed by Malaysian insurance regulations.

The engagement begins with a policy review and a merits assessment. We then assist in preparing the claim documentation, quantifying the loss, and handling correspondence with the insurer on the client's behalf.

Insurance Policy Review

How This Service Works

1

Document Collection

You provide policy schedules, certificates, and broker correspondence. We confirm what we need before work begins.

2

Exposure Assessment

We map your stated objectives and risk profile against the scope of each policy reviewed.

3

Policy Analysis

We examine coverage scope, definitions, exclusions, conditions, and endorsements across your portfolio.

4

Coverage Gap Report

We produce a plain-language Coverage Gap Report identifying gaps and recommended endorsements for your broker discussions.

Service 02

Insurance Policy Review & Coverage Analysis

This service is suited to businesses and individuals who want an independent legal assessment of their insurance portfolio. It is particularly relevant when renewing commercial policies, evaluating broker recommendations, or following a change in business activities that may affect coverage adequacy.

We review commercial general liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, keyman insurance, and property coverage. The output is a plain-language Coverage Gap Report identifying what each policy covers, what it does not, and what specific endorsements could be considered.
