Insurance Claim Advisory & Filing
This service assists policyholders who are preparing to file an insurance claim or who have already filed and encountered difficulties — whether in the form of delayed processing, partial payment, or outright denial. It covers life, general, and takaful claims governed by Malaysian insurance regulations.
The engagement begins with a policy review and a merits assessment. We then assist in preparing the claim documentation, quantifying the loss, and handling correspondence with the insurer on the client's behalf.


Insurance Policy Review & Coverage Analysis
This service is suited to businesses and individuals who want an independent legal assessment of their insurance portfolio. It is particularly relevant when renewing commercial policies, evaluating broker recommendations, or following a change in business activities that may affect coverage adequacy.
We review commercial general liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, keyman insurance, and property coverage. The output is a plain-language Coverage Gap Report identifying what each policy covers, what it does not, and what specific endorsements could be considered.
Insurance Dispute Litigation & Arbitration
This service provides full legal representation for insurance disputes — claim denials, subrogation disputes, bad faith allegations, and policy rescission proceedings under either the Financial Services Act 2013 or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013.
Before any formal proceedings are commenced, we produce a written Forum Selection Analysis setting out the available paths — Financial Mediation Bureau referral, arbitration, or court litigation — with a timeline and cost estimate for each.
